The provincial government has a policy of development of the region and the conditions for economic development and supports carrying out activities to raise the level of education of citizens. The plan of development of vocational education in Lubuskie with the use of the Regional Operational Programme – Lubuskie 2020 document that situates vocational education as an essential element of support for economic development, not only by providing the labor market adequately trained human resources, but also as a capacity-building entrepreneurship among students who, after completing the training will feed resources personnel.
The concept of directional and focused spending of financial resources in this area was established because of the special role of vocational education in the modern economy, as indicated by the Lubuska Employment Strategy 2011-2020.
Actions dedicated to the Plan, the development of vocational education in Lubuskie with the use of the Regional Operational Programme – Lubuskie 2020:
Measure 8.4 – Improving the quality of vocational education – Priority Axis 8 – Modern education.
Measure 9.3 – Development of infrastructure edukacyjnej- Priority axis 9 – social infrastructure (under the Increased availability and improving vocational education and training).
The plan of development of vocational education in Lubuskie with the use of the Regional Operational Programme – Lubuskie 2020 is a document that diagnoses the area of vocational education and the factors which affect and determine its development (demography, labor market, cooperation with the business environment).
